The Señorita Strawberry Rosé Margarita 🍓

Happy Hump Day Señoritas!!! 🥂

Friday is (one of our personal favorite holidays) CINCO de MAYO!!! 🇲🇽 We have developed the perfect margarita recipe. It incorporates our love for rosé wine and our dislike for overwhelmingly sweet strawberry margaritas (headache city). This recipe is so good, it may become a hit at your next party. Try it out today!

What you will need:

A blender

Wine, Margarita, or tumbler glasses

Pink Himalayan salt (rim garnish; optional)

1 cup frozen strawberries

3/4 cup rosé wine (we used Abadal Rosat, which is a deep red Spanish rosè. If you chose to use a different rosé that is ok, too! The margarita may not be as red in color, more of a pretty soft pink)

3/4 cup Patrón Silver Tequila (we love Patron, but any top shelf tequila will also work. The quality of tequila really makes a difference)

1/2 cup ice (plus more for the glasses when it’s time to serve)

1/4 cup Patrón Citrónge Extra Fine Orange Liquor (Cointreau or Triple Sec also works well)

1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

1-2 tablespoons of Agave Nectar (depending on how sweet you like your margaritas. Simple syrup will also work well)

Combine all your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Rim your glasses by first wetting the rim with water and dipping them in the salt. Add additional ice to the glass and pour in your Señorita Margarita.

Isn’t it pretty? This recipe Makes about 4 servings. Plenty to share (or not)!
