Château Carpe Diem 2014 Rosé (Côtes de Provence)

If you’re in the mood for a little je ne sais quoi let us introduce you to the Château Carpe Diem rosé. If you’re staying in and want to spice up your evening, or rather going out and looking for something to get your wheels turning, this is the wine for you. She comes from the hills in Provence just 30 miles north of St. Tropez 50% Grenache, 35% Consult and 15% Syrah equals 100% perfection! 😍😍😍
We certainly give this wine a 5 star rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and for $23 we wouldn’t expect any less.

Moving on to the description, this is a very dry rosé, a real French staple. (Fun fact) Did you know that French rosé outsells white wine in France? Fresh, bright and crisp are all exemplary adjectives to describe this wine. The notes are delicate with the slightest hint of red current. Silky and round on the palette, this will pair well with chicken, fish, lamb and any light Mediterranean dish. Personally we drank this with some macaroons. It honestly goes with anything and can most definitely be rocked solo!

If you ever find yourself in the Provence region be sure to visit their wine tasting center (Maison des Vins). Cheers!
